Deluca Interiors Reviews

Dan and Jacqueline were a delight to work with. Nothing was too much trouble and their product knowledge was extensive. They helped us decide on colour and material for our dining room chairs to compliment our table and arranged for us to have them specially made. When Dan delivered them, I have to say that we were absolutely delighted with the result - they are gorgeous! We will be keeping in touch when looking for other pieces of furniture or accessories. A company who care. I have purchased 4 items from Deluca from a dining table to a lamp stand the goods are very good quality and I have been extremely pleased with all the purchases I have made well worth the money. Dan was very helpful with any information I needed nothing is to much trouble excellent customer service

Dan at Deluca Interiors Ltd, Walsall is a very helpful and pleasent man as I went to Dan's shop at Aldridge to see abt a sofa & a armchair got to the shop seen what style I wanted then picked the Italian leather I wanted and 3 weeks later I had the sofa and armchair waiting at the shop in Aldridge for delivery and Dan delivered my sofa and armchair on 27th June 2025 and me and my wife are very pleased with the quality of the sofa and armchair and they are very comfortable I would highly recommend Dan and his own company Deluca Interiors Ltd at Aldridge.

Bought a Chest of drawers from them. Dan was so helpful my wife was very particular about the size and depth of drawers. She had a lot of questions and Dan was vey helpful to answer all her questions. After delivery we had a small issue with the item and on contacting Dam he helped us solve the issue. We definitely recommend them and will revisit for future needs. Thank you.

Morning Dan. I just wanted to thank you so much for everything!

The furniture arrived yesterday and has been assembled already☺️ It looks absolutely beautiful. I am so pleased with it.

Customer service and support from you has been second to none. Thank you. Kind regards, Shalini

What a company, so many beautiful pieces of furniture with a service to match, nothing was too much trouble for Dan, couldn,t do enough for us. This is the first time I have used this company and will certainly be going back, so freshing to find a company who help you, not push you into buying furniture, I went for a coffee table and came out with a three piece, table lamp, display cabinet and of course the coffee table, all because I couldn’t resist this beautiful furniture. Thank you Dan you are a star Sir

I was really impressed with the professional service I received from Deluca Interiors when purchasing a premium quality Italian bed. Particular thanks to Dan who I found to be extremely knowledgeable and generous with his time. The customer care from initial enquiry to delivery and installation was outstanding. Not only were they the most competitive on price, but they also used their own team of expert fitters to carryout the installation, which the larger national stores outsource. I have no hesitation in recommending them and they will be my first port of call when looking for high quality furniture.

I would thoroughly recommend buying furniture from Deluca. The furniture is very good quality and Dan and his team are the most caring customer conscious business I have come across. I was worried about buying online but Dan sent a sample for me to look at and the delivery team measured up to see if the furniture I wanted would fit. They made sure I was completely happy with ordering and there was no sales pitch or pushing. The furniture arrived today and the delivery team assembled and cleared all packaging. The whole experience was amazing. Thank you Dan and Deluca.

Great communication throughout the purchase and delivery, extra help with my order I requested, to delay my delivery due to my bedroom refurbishment completion date. Deluca interiors delivery team did a fantastic job installing my wardrobe and TV cabinet on a very hot day. They worked very hard. I am so happy with everything. Many thanks.

Wish we’d found this company sooner. We were looking for display units for our new home. The high street offering was poor. Eventually found Deluca. The selection available was greater than we had seen in the shops and after much deliberation we made a choice. Items were delivered on time and proved to be even better than we expected. The delivery/ installation team were great. Efficient, tidy and very good at their jobs. All in all fantastic products and service.

I would highly recommend this company we received excellent service from Dan who kept us informed and updated from the day the order was taken to the day we received delivery of our bed. The quality of the bed frame is outstanding and the guys who delivered and installed it were great. All round a high quality five star service.

Good Quality Stuff, Bought two TV Units, 180 cm & 160 cm in length, with Led light in display.

Solid, sturdy & shiny in gloss finish with options for mat finish, was delivered fully assembled at request, Very competive prices, Professional & Friendly Staff.

Really happy with the TV unit that feels really well made and looks way better in person than the photos on the site. It’s a magnificent piece of furniture. These come ready built too. Great comms and kept me up to date with everything and quick delivery. I would recommend Deluca and will be back for a couple more matching pieces in the range.

It took about 3 months and as as many visits for us to decide what we wanted, patient and helpful advice from Luca and Jacqueline. Eventually decided on 2 wingback chairs, made to our specs. They arrived yesterday and were carefully placed in our living room, look lovely and scream quality. Happy to recommend to anyone.

Received a very warm welcome from Luca. All of the questions we asked were answered fully which made our purchase a pleasurable experience. The service up to and including delivery was exceptional and I would recommend, Deluca Interiors, to anyone seeking Italian styled furniture.

Dan and Jacqueline are really friendly, helpful and honest people. We aren’t even buying from their store, but felt compelled to write a review because of the amazing customer service they offered us. They took a real interest in our search for a dining table and even helped us procure the table we were searching, even if it meant it was with a competitor. If you’re keen on Furniture Village dining tables, then don’t get ripped off with them, you can buy the same table at Deluca Interiors for a much better price and more importantly, far superior service.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing superb service from this remarkable company. From the moment we stepped into their showroom, it was evident that the quality of their products was nothing short of exceptional.

However, our journey didn’t stop there. As we embarked on the exciting task of furnishing our bedroom, we encountered a hiccup: matching the right colours. But fear not! The understanding and cooperation demonstrated by this company were truly extraordinary. Dan, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us.

He patiently guided us through the plethora of options available, ensuring we explored every avenue.

While we initially thought that designing the room and choosing furniture to match the colours would be our winning strategy, reality had other plans. Magazine colours can be deceiving, and we learned that the hard way. However, the company’s accommodating approach truly impressed us. They worked closely with us to find a solution, demonstrating their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

In an industry where exceptional service is increasingly elusive, this company stands out as a beacon of excellence. Kudos to Dan and the team for their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. 🙌

I'm delighted with my Italian leather suite from Deluca.

Luca was a wonderful gentleman to deal with, he was always prompt and helpful, he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble.

Highly recommended.

Having searched for what seemed like an eterninty, I was blessed to have found Deluca Interiors.

I phoned and spoke and was so impressed with Jaqueline, I ordered my beautiful Laquer sideboard there and then. I was constantly udated about the arrival date which was great. I also spoke with Dan, he was so helpful and knowledgable. I felt these are true people that genuinely want to help their customers and do so very well indeed.

The great day of arrival came and I had 2 super pleasant friendly chaps put in situ my furniture, so polite and friendly.taboot.

I would 200% reccomment DeLuca Interiors to anyone, Class, unique and stunning furniture. What a winning formula they have.

Thank you all so much. Many thanks all

Beautiful, good-quality furniture at amazing prices, with fantastic customer service! Luca was really helpful in helping me choose the right dining room set for my budget and was in touch with me throughout the process of purchase and delivery. The set was assembled expertly and quickly for only a minimal fee.

Would definitely recommend!

I really can’t praise Deluca Interiors highly enough.

Our two furniture orders were of first class quality, and Luca went above and beyond to assist with a problem of our own making. The service was amazing from start to finish, and Luca and his staff - particularly the delivery team - are just superb.

Can thoroughly recommend this excellent company - big thank you Luca for all your hard work on our behalf. We really appreciate it!

Deluca interior is the best ever. Your customer service is extremely excellent. Words cannot explain it. It is unexplainable.

The quality of your sofas is superb and extremely comfortable. I am completely short of words. Above all, please keep up the good work. Your team are loverly, friendly, understanding, supportive and always ready to assist in difficult time.

Wish you and the company (Deluca Interiors) all the best in your future endeavours. I can't wait to place another order.

Warm regards to all.

Was a bit of a Gamble buying on line and only going from photos. Ì messaged a few times with questions and was even sent a video to help me make my choice. We wasn't disappointed. Absolutely in love with My furniture. It's a really statement piece in the home. Everyone that walks through the door comments on it.. the delivery arrived without any problems and the chaps were lovely.

Only thing I would point out is maybe a better description of the product. For example amount of shelves and door openings and maybe some photos of the inside of the cupboard.

Dealing with Luca was honestly just a joy, a pleasure, he was outstanding compared to all others i worked with on premium bed and sofa options. Furthermore, the Sofa - now 6 months in to my ownership - is super high quality, loved by many, with all the finish and detail and comfort performing exactly as Luca explained it would. Deluca can be trusted and give 5* customer experience end to end.

Easy process to order, Luca and his team very helpful and professional, we are so pleased with our furniture, quality all round! Would definitely recommend and definitely use again. A big thank you to you.

Beautiful furnitures arrived at agreed time. One of night table was scratch and was quickly replace. Very good contact with shop and customer service. I am very happy with my purchase and I can totally recommend that shop.

When we read previous reviews of DeLuca furniture we were a little sceptical as there appeared to be no negative comments. However, we can only endorse and add to previous comments. The dining room table, chairs and sideboard look stunning and we are absolutely delighted with the look and quality. Luca kept us informed throughout the selling, ordering and delivery process fulfilling everything he assured us would happen. From past experience with other companies this is a rare thing. We would not hesitate to recommend DeLuca interiors to anyone. Thank you again for excellent service and quality Luca.

I am delighted with the TV cabinet which was delivered today. The delivery men removed all the packaging which was an added bonus. From ordering to delivery the communication from Luca has been very good. Absolutely thrilled 🙋🏻‍♀️

The beautiful, high quality dresser is the centrepiece of our lounge and admired by everyone who sees it.

One of the glass doors unfortunately had a very small chip next to the hinge but was replaced without question by Luca.

Luca was so helpful in helping us choose our furniture and gave great advice regarding size and colours. He advised of a 6-8 week delivery and we were very happy when they arrived after just 4 weeks.

The quality is amazing and worth the extra outlay.

Its great to deal with a family business that really cares for the customers. We will back at some point for the matching bed.
