Delivery Service

We offer a 2 man nationwide delivery service and your new furniture will be delivered to a room of your choice. You will find our delivery teams both friendly and professional whilst adhering to social distancing measures for both yours and their own safety.

If you prefer us not to enter you're home or if you are self isolating please let the delivery team know and they can leave all packages in a suitable place for you.

We will contact you when your furniture arrives with us and either book a convenient date for delivery with you, or sometimes to fulfil your order more quickly we will use a 3rd party delivery company.

We have partnered with a very reputable 2 man delivery company and they will contact you directly to book a date and time slot for delivery.

A tracking number will be provided and an ETA will be updated throughout the day of delivery, meaning you do not have to sit home all day waiting.

Delivery Lead Times

We aim to deliver all Bedroom furniture and Dining furniture within 4-6 weeks from the date you place your order and upon receipt of your deposit payment. Quite often delivery is completed before this time depending on supplier stocks and order placement times.

If choosing our assembly service, please allow an additional 2 weeks.

Sofas and Suites generally arrive between 10-12 weeks but we will provide an expected lead time when discussing your custom requirements as some customisations may increase to 14 weeks.

Order Updates

Stay updated on your order in your My Account Dashboard. We will notify you at each step of the order process with updates and email notifications giving you the peace of mind that your furniture is on its way and is in safe hands.

We will confirm receipt of your payment and advise that your new furniture is on order with the manufacturers in Italy within 12 hours of order placement.

Expect the next update within 2-4 weeks when your furniture is made and ready to leave Italy. Typically your order will be with us between 7-10 days after it leaves the factory.

We will contact you to advise when your new furniture arrives in our UK warehouse and provide you with a more specific date when you can expect delivery. At this point we ask that any balances due on your order are paid.

We aim to deliver all orders within 7-10 days from when they arrive in our UK warehouse.

Quite often delivery is completed before this time depending on supplier stocks and order placement times.

Furniture Assembly

Some pieces will arrive flat packed and will require assembly. Information can be found in the description for individual items on the product page. We can provide a fitting and assembly service and prices will vary depending on the item(s) and your location. Please contact us for more information and prices if you require our assembly service.

Returns & Refunds

Bespoke Sofas & Special Order Items
All of our sofas are made to order to your bespoke requirements including fabrics, leathers, frame finishes and other decorations.

Sofas and other special order items are excluded from our return policy and will be explained to you before processing your order for payment. Please ensure you are happy with your chosen specifications before proceeding to order.

Whilst we take every care to ensure your furniture arrives with you in perfect condition, in the event that your order does arrive damaged or you have received the wrong item please contact us as soon as possible or within 14 days. We can arrange a repair, replacement or full refund, including the return postage costs.

Should for any reason you’re unhappy with your new furniture when it arrives you can return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery but we would need to pass on the cost of the return postage. We will advise and agree the cost of the collection and this will be deducted from the total refund. Collection could take between 7-10 working days. Alternatively you can arrange to return the items back to us at your own cost.

All items returned to us should arrive in the same condition and packaging when you accepted the delivery. All refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving goods back at our warehouse, after inspection, and must be charged back to the original card/account used when placing your order.
